Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned it's 'AA-' rating to Portland, Ore.'s 2008A and 2008B first and second lien sewer system revenue and refunding bonds. Additionally, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the city's outstanding parity first and second lien sewer system revenue bonds and its outstanding debt.
