...TOKYO (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 22, 2015--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today said it has released a Japanese-language Performance Watch report on the residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes issued by Japan Housing Finance Agency (JHF) and its predecessor, the former Government Housing Loan Corp. (GHLC). In the report, we mainly describe the performance trends of the pools of entrusted receivables backing the structured notes issued by the end of August 2015, broken down by either year of note issuance or by the year the underlying loan agreements were entered into. Standard & Poor's has conducted a range of surveillance activities during the terms of the transactions, using collection and revenue/expenditure balance reports that relevant parties submit regularly. Through the surveillance process, we have checked the performance of the underlying asset pools, the redemption of the rated notes, and the status of the beneficiary certificate triggers.
