NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) July 15, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its 'A' issue-level rating to New York-based PepsiCo Inc.'s senior unsecured notes, consisting of the following issues: $600 million floating rate notes due 2017; $650 million 1.125% senior notes due 2017; $800 million 3.1% senior notes due 2022; $700 million 3.5% senior notes due 2025; and $500 million 4.6% senior notes due 2045 PepsiCo has indicated it plans to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of commercial paper. The 'A' corporate credit and 'A-1' short-term and commercial paper program ratings on PepsiCo remain unchanged.
