According to a new report titled, "Medians And Credit Factors: Pennsylvania Counties, Municipalities, And School Districts" (published March 8, 2019, on RatingsDirect), economic growth in the commonwealth is still projected to be slower than the nation, given its aging population and lack of population growth.
