...May 21, 2020 SAN FRANCISCO (S&P Global Ratings) May 21, 2020--S&P Global Ratings assigned its '##+' long-term rating to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency's (PHFA) $92.2 series 2020-132A (non-AMT) variable-rate bonds and its '##+/A-1+' dual rating to PHFA's $31.3 million series 2020-132B (non-AMT) variable-rate bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its '##+' long-term rating and underlying rating and its '##+/A-1' and '##+/A-1+' dual ratings on PHFA's previously issued debt under the single-family mortgage revenue bond resolution (the single-family resolution). The outlook is stable. The 2020-132 bond proceeds will be used, along with PHFA's contributed funds, to finance the purchase of new mortgage loans for single-family low- and moderate-income residences, redeem a portion of PHFA single-family bonds outstanding, and pay issuance costs.
