CHICAGO (S&P Global Ratings) July 10, 2017--S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating on the Indiana Finance Authority's $115.465 million series 2017A. The bonds will be issued for Parkview Health System Obligated Group (Parkview). The outlook is stable. We note that the series 2017A bonds are being issued to partially refund the series 2009A bonds. At the same time, a portion of the series 2009A reserve fund will also be released to unrestricted cash.
