NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) June 4, 2018--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its 'BBB+' issue-level rating to PSEG Power LLC's senior unsecured notes. We anticipate that the company will use the funds from these notes for general corporate purposes. We recently affirmed our rating on PSEG Power LLC following the signing of Zero Emissions Certificate (ZEC) legislation in New Jersey, which we believe will be very supportive of the rating. The stable outlook mirrors that on its parent company as we continue to consider PSEG Power as a core subsidiary.
