NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) April 11, 2024--S&P Global Ratings today withdrew all of its ratings on PPT Holdings I LLC, including the 'B-' issuer credit rating, at the issuer's request. The company requested the withdrawal following the completion of its refinancing and the repayment of its rated debt. At the time of the withdrawal, our outlook on PPT Holdings I LLC was stable.
