(Turkcell), Turkey's leading operator of cellular global systems for mobile communications. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed Turkcell's single-'B'-plus long-term corporate credit rating and the single-'B' senior unsecured debt and single-'B'-minus subordinated debt ratings on Turkcell's financing vehicle, Cellco Finance N.V.
