MILAN (Standard&Poor's) Oct. 10, 2006--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it had revised its outlook on Italy-based bank UniCredito Italiano SpA (UniCredito) and subsidiary Unicredit Banca d'Impresa SpA (UBI) to stable from negative and affirmed its 'A+' long-term and 'A-1' short-term counterparty credit ratings on both entities.
