OVERVIEW On Nov. 3, 2017, we raised our long-term issuer credit ratings on UniCredit Bank. Consequently, we have revised to stable from negative our outlook on our ratings on UniCredit Bank's German public sector covered bonds. At the same time, we have affirmed our 'AAA' ratings on the program and related issuances. The stable outlook on the ratings reflects the one unused notch of collateral-based support. MADRID (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 9, 2017--S&P Global Ratings today revised to stable from negative the outlook on its 'AAA' credit ratings on the public sector covered bonds ("oeffentliche Pfandbriefe") issued by Germany-based UniCredit Bank AG (BBB+/Developing/A-2).
