TOKYO (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 12, 2007--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today revised the outlook on its long-term corporate credit rating on Korea-based SK Energy Co. Ltd. to positive from stable on expectations that the company's operating cash flow, revenue diversification, and corporate governance should continue to improve. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'BBB-' long-term corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings on the company.
