We expect Irish airport operator Dublin Airport Authority PLC's (DAA's) credit measures to have improved more quickly than we had forecast in 2013. We are therefore revising our outlook on DAA to positive from stable. We are also affirming our long- and short-term corporate credit ratings on DAA at 'BBB/A-2'. The positive outlook reflects the possibility that we could raise the rating on DAA by one notch if weighted-average funds from operations to debt remains at least 20% on a sustainable basis.
