NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 30, 2004--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it withdrew its 'BBB-' corporate credit rating on Oshkosh Truck Inc. "The action was taken at the company's request," said Standard&Poor's credit analyst Joel Levington. At Sept. 30, 2004, Oshkosh Truck, a manufacturer of a variety of specialty trucks, had approximately $126 million of debt outstanding.
