NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 26, 2008--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today revised its outlook on Oshkosh Corp. to negative from stable. At the same time, we affirmed our ratings on the company, including the 'BB' corporate credit rating. The company had total balance sheet debt of more than $3 billion at March 31, 2008. "The outlook revision follows Oshkosh's announcement that earnings will be lower than previously forecast for the second half of its fiscal year," said Standard&Poor's credit analyst Dan Picciotto. The company's access equipment segment has experienced some recent volume weakness as end-market demand has softened. Continued weakness could result in deterioration of credit measures that are currently somewhat below our expectations and may
