...NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 17, 2015--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today assigned its '##+' rating to Oshkosh, Wisc.-based Oshkosh Corp.'s proposed $250 million senior unsecured notes due 2025. The recovery rating on the notes is '4', indicating our expectation for average (30% to 50%) recovery in the event of a payment default. Our recovery expectations are in the lower half of the 30% to 50% range. Oshkosh intends to use the proceeds from the notes, along with available cash, to redeem its outstanding $250 million unsecured notes due 2020. Our '##+' corporate credit rating and stable outlook on Oshkosh Corp. remain unchanged. The corporate credit rating on Oshkosh reflects its "fair" business risk profile and "intermediate" financial risk profile.
