OVERVIEW Vermont Student Assistance Corp.'s (VSAC's) series 2012-B is backed by a pool of private student loans originated under VSAC's deferred variable-rate Advantage loan program. We placed our rating on class A-1 on CreditWatch positive to reflect our view that the expected collateral performance and growing credit enhancement might be sufficient to support a higher rating and because we believe the ratings on the senior class A notes can be differentiated. We affirmed our rating on the class A-2 notes to reflect our view of the collateral performance and current credit enhancement level supporting the rating.
