We lowered our rating on the class E notes from LCM 26 Ltd. and removed it from CreditWatch negative. We affirmed our ratings on the class A-1, B, C, and D notes from the same transaction. The lowered rating reflects the decline in credit support available to the junior notes since our Nov. 12, 2021, rating actions. The affirmations reflect our view that the credit support available to those classes is commensurate with the assigned ratings.
