ENGLEWOOD (S&P Global Ratings) July 11, 2024--S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AAA' long-term rating to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board's (OWRB) anticipated $130 million series 2024 revolving fund revenue bonds (2019 master trust indenture or MTI). At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'AAA' rating on the board's outstanding series 2003 MTI clean water and drinking water revenue bonds and series 2019 MTI bonds outstanding. The outlook is stable. "The rating reflects our view of OWRB's extremely strong enterprise and financial risk profiles," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst John Schulz. "The rating further reflects our view of the program's excellent history of borrower repayment, extremely strong market position, and strong financial policies and practices," Mr. Schulz added.
