NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) July 3, 2019--S&P Global Ratings today withdrew its AVERAGE rankings on Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC (Ocwen) as a residential primary, subprime, special, and subordinate-lien servicer. We withdrew the rankings at the company's request due to its merger with PHH Mortgage Corp. (PHH). Additionally, our rankings on PHH as a residential primary, subprime, special, and subordinate-lien servicer remain AVERAGE. At the same time, we transferred our rankings on Ocwen as residential master servicer and small-balance commercial primary and special servicer to PHH as residential master servicer and small-balance commercial primary and special servicer. We will also make the corresponding adjustments to our Select Servicer List for the withdrawal and transfer of the various rankings. Analytical Approach:
