Abstract:

FRANKFURT (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 2, 2026--S&P Global Ratings today withdrew its'A-'rating on OTE PLC's €6.5 billion senior unsecured medium-term note program at the request of OTE's parent company Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. On Sept. 24, 2026, OTE PLC repaid its €500 million bond. The'A-/A-2'ratings and stable outlook on Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. are unchanged.
