Abstract:

FRANKFURT (S&P Global Ratings) May 13, 2025--S&P Global Ratings today withdrew its 'B' long-term issuer credit rating on aircraft lessor Nordic Aviation Capital DAC (NAC) and its core subsidiary NAC Aviation 29 DAC (NAC 29), at the company's request. The ratings were on CreditWatch with positive implications at the time of the withdrawal. The withdrawal follows the completed acquisition of NAC by aircraft lessor Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Ltd. (unrated) and the earlier redemption of its rated obligations, NAC 29's senior secured term loan B and senior secured notes.
