LONDON (S&P Global Ratings) May 12, 2025--Ratings across the non-U.S. social housing provider (SHP) sector have stabilized, albeit at a weaker level than a year ago (see "Non-U.S. Social Housing Providers Ratings Risk Indicators: Stabilization At Lower Levels," published today). This report provides comparative statistics for the 59 rated SHPs outside the U.S. The proportion of negative outlooks has continued to fall from 35% on Dec. 31, 2022, when the negative bias was at its highest point since 2014, and from 23% a year ago.
