As of April 30, 2025, S&P Global Ratings rated 59 social housing providers (SHPs) globally outside the U.S. Compared with the same period last year, the number of rated SHPs has declined by three because we withdrew the ratings on one SHP in each of France, Sweden, and the U.K. at the issuers' requests.
