Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AAA' rating to New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation's (NYSEFC) state clean water and drinking water revolving funds revenue bonds (New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority [NYCMWFA] Projects – second resolution bonds) series 2015A. Standard&Poor's has also affirmed its 'AAA' rating on bonds issued by NYSEFC that are on parity with the 2015A bonds. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AAA' rating on the corporation's outstanding bonds related to the 1991 Master Financing Indenture (MFI) program and the 2010 MFI program.
