SAN FRANCISCO (S&P Global Ratings) Jan. 25, 2022--S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority's (New York Water) anticipated $500 million series 2022CC-1 and 2022CC-2 and $100 million series 2022DD water and sewer system second general resolution revenue bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its: 'AAA' rating on New York Water's outstanding first general resolution debt; 'AA+' rating on the system's existing second general resolution debt; and 'A-1+' and 'A-1' short-term rating on the system's various debt, where applicable.
