Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised to 'AAA' from 'AA+' its rating on New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority's first resolution bonds. At the same time, Standard&Poor's assigned its 'AA+' rating and a stable outlook to the Authority's 2009AA water and sewer system second-resolution revenue bonds.
