OVERVIEW New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority's series 2010-1 issuance is a securitization of private student loans made under New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority's NJCLASS loan program. We assigned our preliminary 'AA' rating to the series 2010-1 notes.
