NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's CreditWire) Feb. 18, 1999-- Standard&Poor's today assigned its triple-'A' rating to New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority, N.J.'s $45 million revenue bonds series 1999A, issued for Princeton University. The bonds are expected to sell Feb. 24, 1999. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its triple-'A' rating on the authority's $84.98 million revenue bonds series 1988A, 1990A, 1991A, 1992F, 1993B, 1994A, 1995C, 1996C, 1997E, 1998E and F, also issued for the university. Standard and Poor's also affirmed its 'A-1'-plus rating on the authority's $120 million taxable commercial paper series 1997B and $120 million tax-exempt commercial paper series 1997A, issued for the university.
