For Fosse Master Issuer PLC's series 2019-1 issuance, we have received loan-level data as of June 30, 2019. The £4.3 billion pool comprises 22,728 loan parts originated by Santander UK PLC. The assets are owner-occupied mortgage loans secured against properties in the U.K. As part of this issuance and in order to be compliant with the securitization regulations, the old assets were purchased and replaced by new ones sold to the trust. Overall, the quality of data provided is in line with our standards. Subject to meeting certain conditions, the seller can sell additional loans to the trust (see "sale of new loans" section below).
