NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Aug. 13, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its long-term ratings on Morgan Stanley&Co. LLC Trust's series 2008-3320 floater and residual certificates related to New York State's series 2013A general obligation bonds (tax-exempt serial bonds) to 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+', respectively, from 'AA/A-1' and 'AA'. This action follows Standard&Poor's opinion of its July 23, 2014, raising of its rating on the underlying bonds to 'AA+' from 'AA'.
