CHICAGO (S&P Global Ratings) Oct. 22, 2021--S&P Global Ratings has revised the outlook on the city of Minneapolis, Minn.'s general obligation (GO) debt to stable from negative and affirmed its 'AAA' rating. At the same time, we have assigned our 'AAA' rating, with a stable outlook, to the city's $125.5 million series 2021 GO bonds and $15.9 million series 2021 taxable GO housing improvement area bonds.
