NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Nov. 16, 2022--S&P Global Ratings raised its ratings on Mesirow Financial Inc.'s series 2020-XM0895 tender-option-bond trust puttable-floating-rate receipts (floaters) and inverse-floating-rate receipts (residuals), related to Broward County, Fla.'s series 2019A airport system revenue bonds, to 'A+/A-1' and 'A+' from 'A/A-1' and 'A', respectively. This rating action follows S&P Global Ratings' action on the underlying bonds.
