NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Oct. 20, 2017--S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term rating components on Mesirow Financial Inc.'s tender-option bond trust series 2016-XM0388 puttable floating-rate receipts (floaters) and inverse-floating-rate receipts (residuals), related to Nashville&Davidson County Metropolitan Government, Tenn.'s series 2013 water and sewer revenue bonds, to 'AA/A-1' and 'AA', respectively, from 'AA-/A-1' and 'AA-'. This rating action follows S&P Global Ratings' action on the underlying bonds. S&P Global Ratings raised the rating on the underlying bonds on Oct. 6, 2017.
