...DATELINE-SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) March 8, 2016--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its '##' long-term rating on Mayo Clinic, Minn.'s series 2016 $300 million taxable fixed-rate bonds. At the same time Standard & Poor's affirmed all of its outstanding long- and short-term ratings on debt issued for the Mayo Clinic directly and through various issuers. We also affirmed the '##/A-1+' and '##/A-1' dual ratings on various issuers' debt issued for, or guaranteed by, Mayo Clinic as well as the 'A-1+' on Mayo Clinic's commercial paper program and various bonds that are in commercial paper mode. The outlook remains stable.
