Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA- rating to Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency's (Mass Housing) housing revenue bonds, series 2015 GHI, and affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on all bonds outstanding under the issuer's main multifamily housing revenue bond resolution. The outlook is stable.
