NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) March 18, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today withdrew its 'AAA (sf)' rating on the class A-1 notes from Louisiana Local Government Environmental Facilities&Community Development Authority's (Louisiana Utilities Restoration Corp. Project/Entergy Louisiana LLC) series 2010, which is a stranded-cost securitization backed by system restoration bonds. Today's withdrawal follows the complete paydown of the class A-1 notes on the Feb. 1, 2014, payment date.
