PARIS (S&P Global Ratings), Dec. 12, 2024--S&P Global Ratings said today that it has withdrawn its 'BB-' long-term issuer credit rating on Lottomatica SpA. This follows the company's public announcement that, as of Nov. 1, 2024, Lottomatica SpA has been incorporated into its parent company, Lottomatica Group SpA. Our existing 'BB-' long-term issuer credit rating on Lottomatica Group SpA is unaffected. The outstanding €1,965 million senior secured notes, originally issued by Lottomatica SpA, were assumed by Lottomatica Group SpA, as publicly communicated to bondholders on Nov. 4, 2024.
