U.S.-based live entertainment services company Live Nation Entertainment underperformed our expectations in the key third quarter. We are revising our 'B+' rating outlook on the company to stable from positive. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that the upgrade potential has been postponed by weak business conditions, but that the concert business should stabilize in 2011, enabling a reduction in debt leverage. NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 29, 2010--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today revised its outlook on Beverly Hills Calif.-based Live Nation Entertainment Inc. to stable from positive.
