Liberty Interactive completed its split-off of the entities that hold the businesses, assets, and obligations previously attributable to the Liberty Capital and Liberty Starz tracking stock groups. Liberty Media Corp. has changed its name to Liberty Interactive Corp. Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its corporate credit rating on Liberty Interactive Corp. to 'BB' from 'BB-'. We expect Liberty Interactive will continue to seek acquisitions in the retail and electronic commerce markets. The rating outlook on Liberty Interactive Corp. is stable.
