NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's CreditWire) Dec. 8, 1999-- Standard&Poor's today removed two Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen Girozentrale-supported commercial paper programs from CreditWatch, where they were placed on Dec. 7, 1999. This rating action is based on revisions to Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen Girozentrale's short-term ratings. The short-term ratings of the bank were affirmed and removed from CreditWatch, where they were placed on Dec. 7, 1999.
