U.S.-based LSF9 Atlantis Holdings LLC (Victra) has reported positive operating performance following its acquisition of Go Wireless earlier this year. As a result, we revised the outlook on Victra to positive from stable reflecting our expectation that the company will maintain strong cash flow generation and improve its credit metrics. At the same time, we affirmed our 'B' issuer credit rating on the company and 'B' issue-level rating on its senior secured debt. The positive outlook reflects the potential for a higher rating over the next 12 months if Victra maintains its momentum and continues to focus on deleveraging.
