We are affirming our 'BB+' corporate credit rating on LKQ. We are also affirming our 'BB+' issue rating on LKQ's amended and extended $1.85 billion senior secured revolving credit facility and $450 million term loan A, and our 'BB-' debt issue rating on the company's $600 million 4.75% senior unsecured notes due 2023. The recovery ratings remain unchanged.
