Korea Housing Finance Corp.'s Proposed Senior Unsecured Notes Assigned 'AA' Rating

HONG KONG (S&P Global Ratings) Oct. 20, 2023--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its 'AA' long-term foreign currency issue rating to Korea Housing Finance Corp.'s(KHFC) proposed U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes. The rating is subject to our review of the final issuance documentation. We equalize the issue rating on the proposed notes with the long-term issuer credit rating on KHFC (AA/Stable/A-1+) because the notes will constitute direct, unconditional, unsubordinated, and unsecured obligations of the company. They will rank equally with all its other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations. KHFC intends to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
