ENGLEWOOD (S&P Global Ratings) March 14, 2025--S&P Global Ratings placed its 'A+' long-term rating on the Kiowa County Public Facilities Authority, Okla.'s on CreditWatch with negative implications. The rating was placed on CreditWatch because we have yet to receive fiscal 2023 financial statements from the issuer. We consider the financial statements necessary to maintain and assess our rating on these issuers. Accordingly, the rating is now at risk of being withdrawn, if we do not receive fiscal 2023 financial statements within 30 days preceded by any potential change to the rating given available information. If the issuer provides us with 2023 financial statements within 30 days, we will conduct a full review and resolve the CreditWatch action within 90 days.
