KEB Hana Bank US$5 Billion Global Covered Bond Series 3 Rated 'AAA'; Series 1 And 2 'AAA' Ratings Affirmed

HONG KONG (S&P Global Ratings) Jan. 23, 2025--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its 'AAA' rating to the Series 3 covered bonds that KEB Hana Bank issued under its US$5 Billion Global Covered Bond Program. The outlook is stable. The Series 3 covered bonds are €500 million, fixed-rate, three-year maturity bonds with bullet principal repayments plus a one-year maturity extension feature. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AAA' rating on the existing Series 1 and Series 2 covered bonds, and on KEB Hana Bank's US$5 Billion Global Covered Bond Program (see list). The outlook is stable.
