NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Jan. 28, 2020--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its 'BB-' issue rating on Jane Street Group LLC's new $1.5 billion senior secured term loan B due 2025. This issue refinances the firm's existing senior secured debt and extends the term to five years. While we view the extension of the maturity positively, the issue has no impact on our ratings on Jane Street.
