NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Feb. 27, 2014-- Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its ratings on JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs&DRIVERs Trust's series 4327 puttable tax-exempt and derivative inverse tax-exempt receipts, relating to Metropolitan Transportation Authority, N.Y.'s series 2005A transportation revenue bonds, to 'A+/A-1' and 'A+', respectively, from 'A/A-1' and 'A', respectively, and removed the ratings from CreditWatch, where they were placed with developing implications on Dec. 26, 2013. This action follows Standard&Poor's Feb. 18, 2014, raising of its rating on the underlying bonds by one notch to 'A+' from 'A' and removal of the rating from CreditWatch with developing implications.
