NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) Nov. 12, 2007--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today said it revised its rating outlook on records management and storage service provider Iron Mountain Inc. to negative from stable. "The outlook revision is based on the company's high debt leverage with no imminent prospect of decline, and its contemplation of returning capital to shareholders," explained Standard&Poor's credit analyst Andy Liu.
