About This Report

Abstract:

U.S.-based storage and information management company Iron Mountain Inc. announced its proposed acquisition of Recall Holdings Ltd. We believe the merger will improve Iron Mountain's size and scale, which should result in improved operating performance. We are affirming our 'B+' corporate credit rating on the company. We are revising our outlook on the company to positive from stable. The positive outlook reflects our view that the acquisition of Recall could lead to a re-assessment of the company's business risk profile due to the increased size, scale, and geographic diversification of the combined company, as well as the potential for the acquisition to reduce leverage to the low-5x area. CHICAGO (Standard&Poor's) April 29, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services today
